Product-wise return reasoning, its relevant images, and comment addition.
With this feature update now customers can share their product returning reasons product-wise in case of multiple product returns. They can also add images to show the damaged product, and add comments regarding the same.

Revamp shipment status page
We have improved the structure of our reverse shipment tracking, now the customers can view the status of their return shipment with a tracking widget and in-depth tracking as well.

Cancel the return
After requesting for return, if the customer wishes to cancel his/her request, they don’t have to bother to call you through customer support and wait for a long time to cancel their request.
They can just visit the tracking page and simply cancel their return request.
